Digital River Expands its Global E-Commerce Agreement with ACD Systems

MINNEAPOLIS — August 13, 2007 — Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ:DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, today announced that it expanded its e-commerce agreement with ACD Systems International Inc., a recognized world leader in the software industry marketplace. As part of the e-commerce agreement, Digital River is now managing and hosting ACD Systems’ European e-commerce operations in addition to its U.S. operations.  Digital River recently launched newly designed and localized European online stores located at www.acdsee.com. For these stores, Digital River is managing the online sale and digital and physical delivery of ACD Systems’ photo and graphic management and editing software applications. Digital River also is supporting search engine, affiliate and e-mail marketing as well as other key marketing programs.
