Fireclick Signs Reseller Agreement with Tachyon Solutions

MINNEAPOLIS - June 21, 2006 -- Fireclick, Inc., a leading provider of Web analytics solutions and wholly-owned subsidiary of Digital River, Inc., today announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with Tachyon Solutions, a provider of custom technology solutions for retailers. Based on the agreement, Tachyon is bundling Fireclick’s Web analytics service with Tachyon Intelligent Analytics, which provides data cleansing and analysis capabilities needed to make Web data actionable and profitable.
